Sofía Briones Ramírez is a senior in the Psychology Department and Latin American Studies certificate program. While their main independent work in the Human Diversity Lab (HuDL) focuses on the impact of socio-conceptual knowledge on the visual perceptual process of social diversity categorization, their interests in LAS resides in exploring the cosmological dynamics of ancient Mesoamerican and contemporary Afro-Caribbean religions. In their free time, Sofía enjoys running around the rugby pitch with Princeton Women’s Rugby and baking as much as they can in Brown Co-op.
