PLAS co-sponsored and virtual event promotion

The Program in Latin American Studies (PLAS) invites requests for co-sponsorship and promotion for virtual events that have substantive relevance to Latin America and the Caribbean. The co-sponsorship form is for departments and programs who are seeking official co-sponsorship and/or financial support. The virtual event promotion form is to request cross-promotion only.

Student organizations seeking funding support must apply through SAFE(link is external).

Event Request Type

The Program in Latin American Studies (PLAS) at Princeton University invites requests for co-sponsorship of events and programs that have substantive relevance to Latin America and the Caribbean. PLAS provides co-sponsorship funding for programming efforts that are intellectual/academic and cultural. Units seeking funding support and/or co-sponsorship should fill out this form.  For related events that do not require funding support or co-sponsorship please use the Submit Your Event(link is external) form. 

All approved co-sponsored events will appear on our events page, in our weekly announcements, and on our Facebook page.

Student organizations seeking funding support must apply through SAFE(link is external).

A PLAS team member will respond to your request within 2-5 business days.

The Program in Latin American Studies (PLAS) invites Princeton University faculty, students and staff, to submit event listings related to Latin America or the Caribbean, to be considered for posting on our website and/or social media outlets as a related event.

Submissions should be made at least seven days in advance and will be reviewed on a weekly basis.  Event Promotion form.

Events seeking funding support and/or co-sponsorship should submit an Event Co-sponsorship Request form.

Student organizations seeking funding support must apply through SAFE(link is external).
